Demo Square

At the Electronics & Applications Demo Square, participants will demonstrate the individual qualities of machines. Some machines will be linked and show their interrelationships, while others will give stand-alone demonstrations. The possibilities of robotization, virtual reality, IoT and Industry 4.0 are discussed in detail here. Thus, the Demo Square offers visitors the experience of the near future of electronics production.

The best solderer: “a classic skill”

During the “Best Solderer of the Benelux” competition, professionals compete “live” on the exhibition floor every exhibition day. Professional solderers get 45 minutes to solder components and connectors on a circuit board, who succeeds best?
